Talia has hands-on experience working with young children in multiple daycares and nannying families. Working together with the parents to learn and implement the new sleep plan.
Talia went from not knowing anything about what "sleep training" is, to Talia enrolling in a Sleep Consultant program. This allowed her to learn all the different methods there are.
While learning with the parents and being in school Talia learned how important sleep is for young children, especially how important it is for their development.
Now Talia wants to share what she has learned with you to help you get your child sleeping better.
Talia's goal for her clients is to achieve a healthy-rounded sleep schedule so both the baby and the parents get the rest they deserve. Not only does the baby get a well-established routine but the parents know the baby is getting the sleep that they need to develop.
She will work with you daily, to figure out what sleep method is best based on your family needs and your baby's temperament.
